Don has been with Triad Precision Products for 30 years. In 2021, he purchased the business from his father Mr. Ken Maines. Don has several decades of machining, mechanical design and drafting experience.
EXTRUSION HEAD TOOLING
Triad designs and manufactures custom extrusion tooling for each of our customer's bottles. Every project is custom tailored to the customer's machine, extrusion head and product.

BLOWPIN ASSEMBLIES
Blowpin assemblies are available for all machines and product types. From a basic 38mm SPI finish, to drums with an unscrewing blowpin. Triad has decades of experience designing blowpins that reduce cycle time and improve product quality.

Triad manufactures blowpin holders for many OEM and machine models. Bekum, Fischer, Kautex, SIG, Sabmann and more.

UNIT CAVITY SAMPLES
With Triad's in-house blow molding lab, we work on product development for our customers as well as produce samples for marketing and line trials.
